Innovations For The Grinding Machine Market

United Grinding Group has presented four new machines at EMO Milano. Studer presented two new products:The two universal internal cylindrical grinding machines, S121 and S141.

The S121 machines medium-sized workpieces for small series. Its sister machine, the S141, is suitable for work pieces up to 1300 millimetres in length. Also unveiled was EWAG‘s new Laser Line Precision that enables high-precision machining of ultra-hard materials. The Swiss experts have developed this machine specifically for laser beginners.

With the Helitronic Vision 400L,Walter continues the success story of the Helitronic Vision series. The Helitronic Vision 400 L can be used for the production of rotationally – symmetrical tools for metal and woodworking. The new machine can also produce special tools or complex geometries in a single clamping, precisely and reliably.

Aside from the latest offerings, their bestselling machines that included the new J600 surface and profile grinding machine from Jung for small batch production, the MFP50 from Magerle with improved control unit, the Profimat MC from Blohm with RazorTec nozzle positioner and the flexible Kronos S 250 centreless grinding machine from Mikrosa.

United Grinding at the show was emphasising how all brands in the group are fully committed to ensuring efficiency in all corporate areas for their customers. Energy efficiency is a key priority in its goal towards sustainability in the manufacturing arena.
