The SAR-1300 of the next generation is now available with different features, from a single shuttle with an end or side milling cutter to a double shuttle with both cutting technologies.The newly developed ILR-1000-CL is optimised as a compact and fully automatic router for high-precision cutting in the workpiece holder. The machine itself manufactures the workpiece holder and disposes of PCB waste with an innovative technique that tips the workpiece holder; it is also extremely flexible, with only one head for handling and separation.

Two additional products that were on focus at the Schunk booth at productronica is the ILR-2800, an automatic router on a workpiece holder base with both end and side milling cutters and the flexible Magnoplate workpiece holder, which is designed for use on standalone routers and features automatic adjustment of the magnetic pins to allow quick adaptation to many different PCB layouts.
