Airbus has officially inaugurated its first US manufacturing facility in Mobile, Alabama, which will cater to the production of A319, A320 and A321 jetliners.
Renishaw will be opening a new 133,000 sq ft office and warehouse facility located in West Dundee, Illinois, about 40km from Chicago. Slated to be completed by June 2016, the two-storey facility will be the company’s North American headquarters.

The recent opening of the Renishaw Innovation Centre was graced by the presence of Her Royal Highness, The Princess Royal, who officially opened the building and presented the company with a Queen’s Award for Enterprise in the Innovation category.
