At EuroBLECH 2016, Lantek, the software experts, presented its Lantek Factory concept for Industry 4.0 and intelligent manufacturing.

Delivering manufactured parts cost-effectively and at short notice, while still working profitably, is the challenge facing sheet metal companies alike -- from medium-sized subcontractors to the largest manufacturers.

This is where Lantek comes in -- its software is all-encompassing to ensure the various processes are coordinated, and are ‘talking’ to each other, where engineering systems can integrate to achieve adaptive manufacturing, or simply reacting to changes or changing requirements.

With the modular software solutions from Lantek, sheet metal companies of all sizes can make their processes significantly more efficient. From individual aspects of production and administration to the overall Lantek Factory concept, which links production, technical planning processes, purchasing, and distribution, companies can choose the level of digitalisation that suits them best.

Said Jesus Martinez, marketing director for the company: “We have a first mover advantage as Lantek has been providing software solutions for CAD/CAM/MES/ERP systems for a long time already. Software systems and solutions has been in our DNA since the company started back in 1986.”

Lantek is located in Hall 12, stand B104
