The machine is designed for high-precision, high-throughput direct metal printing, and is applicable in applications requiring complex, chemically-pure titanium, stainless steel or nickel super alloy parts. The 3D printer is designed for production manufacturing, with exchangeable manufacturing modules that support rapid material change or replenishment, enabling efficient powder recycling.

It features a large 10.82 inch by 10.82 inch by 16.53 inch build volume and is designed to handle critical industrial applications, including those in aerospace, automotive and medical. The printer comes in two configurations, one designed for titanium and one designed for stainless steel and nickel super alloys. It also comes with a centralised maintenance management, reduced argon gas consumption and serial manufacturing workflow support.
