New Inazawa Training Centre For Mitsubishi Electric

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has announced its plans to build a new training centre on its current premises in Inazawa, Japan, to strengthen human resources development. The centre is scheduled to start operating in April 2016.

Spanning just over 1,000 sq m, the new centre will comprise several training rooms equipped with advanced IT systems for diverse training purposes, and will be used by the company’s personnel and affiliates from Japan and abroad, from new hires to mid-career employees.

Training provided includes operational processes such as marketing, engineering, manufacturing, installation and maintenance. Receiving this training would be any of the company’s employees, as the centre aims to equip group-wide employees with knowledge and skills to help strengthen the company’s position in the global markets.
