Airbus has forecast that global commercial aviation aftermarket spending will hit US$3 trillion over the next 20 years, with the Asia-Pacific region expected to represent the largest market share for maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) activity, along with pilot and technician demand.

Estonia-headquartered Magnetic MRO has launched five new line maintenance outstations, expanding its network of operations beyond its home base in Tallinn by adding Milan Malpensa, Vilnius, Copenhagen, Oulu, and Gällivare airports to its operations map.

The aerospace industry in this region is expected to be on the up, says aircraft manufacturers.
