New chairman Mr Parker said: “On behalf of the Board, we would like to thank Peter for his positive contributions to the company over the last 13 years. We are pleased that Curt and Cart have agreed to accept these new roles. We believe that their collective background and experience have made them the right choice to guide the company and lay the foundation for future success.”

Both Mr Solsvig and Mr Hart have served leadership positions previously. Mr Solsvig said: “I want to thank the Board for selecting me for this leadership role. I look forward to building on the company’s strengths and to developing and implementing new strategies to ensure its growth going forward.”
